BEST type of WORKOUT for BUSY PARENTS!!!

I know between work,school, and being a parent it’s almost impossible for you to find time to workout. However, I strongly believe that if we even just give ourselves just 15 minutes to workout. We will be less stress and more productive all around.
Recently, I’ve found that TABATA WORKOUTS have been GREAT. The workouts are intense and short. Tabata was created by a Japanese Dr., Dr. Tabata. The workout in short consist of 8 intervals of 20 seconds all out intensity exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest. Perfect right??

Here is an example of a Tabata Workout. TRY IT!!
